HOW TO USE
For aromatherapy, add 1-2 drops of essential oil with every 100ml of water in diffuser or use essential oil without dilution in a nebuliser. For topical use, dilute essential oil with a carrier oil. Recommended to use with argan oil to maximise benefits.
